Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Clover POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure quick service delivery in a fast food environment Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is preferred but not required; training will be provided Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
