Full-time Description:
The Bowl Factory is hiring friendly, energetic team members for our fast-casual restaurant in Springville, UT. As a crew member, you'll prepare our signature bowls — teriyaki, Korean BBQ, Hawaiian haystacks — along with wraps and salads, while delivering a great guest experience in a bright, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
preparing menu items to recipe and quality standards, greeting and serving guests, handling cashier/POS duties, and keeping the work area clean and stocked.
Requirements:
a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. No prior experience necessary — full training provided. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a team.
