Crew Member

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere and have a passion for the food industry. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring high quality and presentation. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process customer transactions efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately while following cash handling procedures. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick service/fast food restaurant environments is preferred. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions and understanding retail math concepts. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
