Our kitchen operates as a focused, behind-the-scenes team supporting service through consistent execution and strong prep systems. Position Overview We are seeking a BOH Kitchen Team Member to support food preparation and kitchen operations during service. This role is centered entirely on kitchen execution, prep, and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and small plates according to established recipes Execute menu items during service with consistency and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Follow food safety and health department standards Complete opening and closing kitchen duties Support prep planning and inventory organization Communicate with the front-of-house through tickets and expo Qualifications Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a small kitchen environment Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable availability for evenings and weekends Why Work With Us Clear systems and expectations Consistent menu and structured prep Supportive leadership and team environment Opportunity to grow with the business
