Pay:

$15.50-18.00/hour (including tips) Responsibilities Prepare food items according to company recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu options. Assist with food handling, sanitation, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas. Support sales efforts through upselling menu items and promoting specials to enhance guest experience. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during shifts, including giving correct change. Help with bussing tables, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy environment for both guests and team members. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is a plus but not required. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks. Enthusiasm for learning about food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations. A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and creating an enjoyable guest experience.
