Starting Salary:

Guaranteed $15/hr (tips included)

All tips are pooled among all hourly crewmembers. Tips are paid out biweekly and boost base pay by more than $2/hr

• and on any down weeks, Roots will pay the difference!
• bringing your take-home pay to a guaranteed $15/hr minimum 401(K): All crewmembers can save for the future with the Roots 401(k).
