Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Service Team members to join our vibrant restaurant environment. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our establishment, providing excellent customer service, ensuring food safety standards, and supporting smooth restaurant operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation practices Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, payments, and cash handling with accuracy Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to sanitation guidelines Support food preparation tasks in the kitchen or café area as needed, demonstrating culinary experience and efficiency Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve guests promptly while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus; familiarity with cashiering and food industry operations is advantageous Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us as part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
