What You'll Do:

Handle full food preparation from start to finish Cook and serve menu items with speed, consistency, and quality Maintain presentation standards and cleanliness at all times Deliver strong customer service in a fast-paced environment Manage workflow during peak service hours Keep inventory organized and assist with daily setup and breakdown Operate efficiently within a mobile food truck setting

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in culinary arts (restaurant, catering, or food truck) Ability to work independently and handle full operational responsibility Strong work ethic and reliability (you show up ready, not excuses) Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume environments Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills

Preferred:

Food truck experience High-volume cooking experience ServSafe or similar certification
