While your primary focus is behind the scenes, you play a big role in shaping the Player experience by ensuring every meal that leaves the kitchen is fresh, consistent, and on point. Partner with the front-of-house team to make sure Players receive timely, high-quality dishes that elevate their overall visit. Key Aspect of the

Lead and supervise the kitchen crew—cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers—by driving efficiency, setting the standard for recipe execution, portioning, and presentation, and making sure the kitchen runs like clockwork from prep to service. Contribution to
