Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Toast pos for accurate order taking and cash handling Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Manage cash transactions accurately while handling food orders, payments, and receipts with integrity Requirements Prior experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast pos, training will be provided if needed Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick service environment Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations confidently Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Previous restaurant experience or work in the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to grow their skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while building your career in the exciting world of food service!
