Work with our kitchen coordinator to help prepare meals and snacks for Living Hope Child Development Center's students in a super fun and family friendly atmosphere. We are the Best of the 'Burg winner for Best Child Care facility 3 years in a row, Best of the 'Burg winner for Preschool 2 years in a row, and top finalist for Best Private School.

Remuneration:

Commensurate with experience

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in basic food preparation and safe handling
• Experience working with food allergies
• Valid Driver's License and be able to drive
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in basic web-based programs
• Professional demeanor and personality This position will require a background check and a health/shot record on file The Food Service Coordinator will work with the CDC Director, Assistant Director, Pastor, CDC Staff, parents of students and others to support the mission and plan of Living Hope Lutheran Church Child Development Center by being responsible for the day to day operation of the food service program.

The Food Service Coordinator will:

Prepare and serve daily snacks and lunch Clean and maintain the kitchen facilities and related equipment using proper sanitary and safety practices Assist in menu preparation following the USDA food service guidelines Coordinate ordering and maintaining kitchen supplies and stock Perform duties that require lifting, pushing, carrying and moving heavy objects All other duties as assigned
