We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Team Member who can handle a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in their work, and show up ready to execute.

What You'll Do:

Execute menu items consistently and efficiently during service Work multiple stations (griddle, fryer, smoker support, prep) Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Communicate with the kitchen team to keep service running smooth Assist with setup, prep and breakdown as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred (BBQ experience is a plus) Ability to stay calm under pressure and move with urgency Strong work ethic no babysitting required Team player with a positive attitude Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Willingness to learn and improve

Schedule:

Nights and weekends required Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible scheduling, but reliability is non-negotiable
