We're hiring a Kitchen Lead to help coordinate daily kitchen execution and maintain a focused, organized, and efficient service environment from day one.

Role:

Guide kitchen flow during high-volume service Execute a streamlined menu with speed and consistency Manage prep, pars, and station organization Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Help establish systems, flow, and team consistency You are: Experienced in high-volume kitchens (cafe, deli, fast-casual) Organized, steady under pressure, and team-oriented A clear communicator with strong execution habits Hands-on leadership role focused on daily performance, menu execution and team coordination. (Not Chef Driven)
