We're ready to bring on the right team member. If this sounds interesting so far, please read on. Who Are We? We're CMA Restaurant Supply & Design - located in the Puget Sound. We're looking for a hands‑on, dependable Installation & Project Support person. You'll join our commercial kitchen design‑build team. This role is primarily jobsite or warehouse based (about 80%) , installing commercial kitchen equipment, making deliveries, and supporting project needs on job sites across the Puget Sound. When not in the field, you'll spend your time in the warehouse. You'll receive/stage equipment, or in the office assisting Project Managers. These Managers will be your hands-on mentors. They're responsible for helping you learn about our exciting industry. They'll also prepare you for long‑term growth. Build your career. This is an excellent opportunity. It is. Here's What You'll Do Field Work / Warehouse (Approx. 80%) Receive incoming freight and prepare equipment for installation Load, unload, and deliver equipment to job sites Install commercial kitchen equipment at job sites Work independently or with a small team depending on the project Representing CMA professionally in client-facing situations Warehouse & Office Support (Approx. 20%) Assist with paperwork, documentation, and basic coordination tasks when needed Learn the commercial kitchen design/build process Learn to use our Software programs Time splits listed above are approximate. There may be times when you're in the field all week, and there may be times when you're in the office all week. This combination will help you build your career. Comfortable driving an 18-foot box truck Must be 25+ for vehicle insurance Clean, valid driver's license and current insurance Basic computer skills Professional, reliable, and self‑motivated AutoCAD experience is a plus , but not required Here's Our Typical Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Full 40 hours per week Very rare, but occasional evening, early morning, or weekend with advanced notice.
