Fast Casual Restaurant Team Member

MiSo is looking to hire team members for our Lacey Blvd, Hawks Prairie, and Downtown Olympia locations. We specialize in "Fit. Fast. Fresh." food and are proud to serve the Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater communities with nutritious, high-quality meals. •Job Summary We are primarily looking for reliable and dependable individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and deliver excellent customer service. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required . We are happy to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate is:

Approximately 1 year of food service or restaurant experience preferred , but not required for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn Clean-cut, hardworking, and professional Passionate about health food, nutrition, and helping others Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused Able to work efficiently as part of a team Someone who shows up on time, every time, and takes their schedule commitments seriously Responsibilities Prepare and handle food following safety and cleanliness standards Serve guests and provide excellent customer service Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Rotate between front and back of house as needed Work comfortably in a fast-paced setting Requirements / Qualifications Strong reliability and dependability are essential (consistent attendance and punctuality are extremely important to us) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Positive attitude and strong communication skills Willingness to learn and follow established procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Compensation Starting at $22 per hour , including tips (Average tips: $4-6/hour + $17.13 base pay ) You can learn more about us at www.misofitfastfresh.com Follow us on social media: @misofitfastfresh
