Job Description
The best Sub Sandwich on the planet is here in Lake Geneva! Free parking! Hey there, by now you have heard of Jersey Mike's, the fastest growing restaurant brand in the US. Come see what the fuss is all about. Work for the #1 Franchisee in the country. Also, you will make some great money. Starting at a minimum of $13 per hour plus tips (Which average $4.50+ for the year) for crew putting you at close to $17.50+ per hour. Of course this varies depending on how much of a rock star you are. We're now hiring crew members; we are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals who want to assist in leading a winning team at our Jersey Mike's store. If you enjoy working with people and love to learn new things, we want you to help lead our team! Immediately placing strong applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Strong customer service skills
- Training and motivating team members
- Cashier monitoring - managing cash
- Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
- Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself
- Work closely with Store Manager to handle operations of store
- Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction
- Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of the restaurant
