Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders Support team members in food prep tasks and kitchen operations to keep service running smoothly Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in culinary arts or kitchen environments is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
