Deli Kitchen Staff Big Foot Liquors Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality meals to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and service, with a commitment to maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble sandwiches to order Slice meats, cheeses, and other deli items Restock supplies and maintain product displays Keep the work area clean, organized, and sanitary Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred. Background in menu planning, cooking, and food preparation within a restaurant or culinary setting is highly valued. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in the food industry, particularly in catering or serving roles, will be beneficial. Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on meal preparation techniques are required.
