Join our catering team and work alongside an experienced chef preparing meals for weddings, special events, and private gatherings. No two weekends are the same, and you'll play an important role in helping create memorable events for our guests. Schedule 1-2 weekdays per week for 3-5 hours of prep work (based on event needs) Weekend event shifts averaging about 8 hours Typical weekend start time is around 1:00 PM and runs through dinner service and kitchen cleanup What You'll Do Assist the chef with event food preparation Chop vegetables and prep ingredients Prepare chicken, salads, and other menu items Keep the kitchen clean and organized Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as needed Sweep and mop kitchen floors Help with cleanup after events
