What started with our mom's cooking has grown into catering, two food trucks, and a stand at American Family Field — and we're still very much a family. We're looking for a few good people to join our crew. We're a small, tight-knit crew that genuinely likes working together, and we take care of our people. There's real room to grow as we expand including a restaurant on the way. If you want to be part of something family-run and on the rise, we'd love to meet you. The Role Our trucks are out year-round at our regular spots like Zócalo Food Park and American Family Field, and at festivals, breweries, and private events all over the area. No two days look exactly alike, so we need easygoing, hard-working people who can roll with a changing menu, a changing location, and a changing crowd, and still put out food we're proud of. What you'll do Roll our fresh-made dough and craft personal pizzas, calzones, and a variety of Italian street foods to order Take care of customers — orders, service, and keeping the line moving with a smile Help set up, run, and break down the truck at our locations and events Keep your station clean, stocked, and safe Jump in wherever the crew needs you Schedule Flexible availability is required — daytime, evening, and weekend hours depending on where we're booked. You should be able to work across our locations and events as the schedule calls for it. Pay $15-17/hour plus all tips earned Food always provided to staff on the job What we're looking for A real team player — friendly, dependable, and steady when it gets busy Flexible on hours, location, and whatever the day throws at us Comfortable on your feet in a hot, fast environment A good attitude matters more than a long résumé — we'll train the right person Food-handler card a plus (we can help you get one) To apply: visit nadiplates.com/careers or email
