Responsibilities Review and organize incoming food tickets Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and properly plated Communicate clearly with cooks and servers Monitor ticket times and prioritize urgent orders Garnish and prepare plates for service when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization at the expo line Assist in resolving order issues quickly Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and organization Team-oriented attitude Restaurant experience preferred but not always required Typical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Ability to handle high-pressure service periods Knowledge of food safety practices
