Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Crew Members over the age of 16 to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. Hiring for both full and part time positions. Must be able to work every other weekend.

Duties:

• Assist in food preparation and handling of Ice Cream treats and Kitchen prep as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Operate POS system for order processing
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Support cleaning of lobby and other cleaning duties as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling procedures preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Familiarity operating a POS system is a plus
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation guidelines
