Compensation & Benefits:

Food Discounts Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards. Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items. Assist with all back of house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep, and stock BOH inventory. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

No experience required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Tattoos on the hand, neck, face, or behind the ears are not permitted.
