As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality grilled dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all food safety standards are met while delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to menu specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Participate in menu planning and development by providing input on new dishes or improvements to existing recipes. Maintain equipment and utensils in good working condition, reporting any issues to management promptly. Skills Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in grilling or culinary roles. Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and fine dining standards. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using various kitchen equipment.
