What You'll Do Learn and practice all culinary duties and food production standards in preparation for a supervisor role. Follow all Food and Beverage WLW SOP's, health department regulations, and federal guidelines. Inspect all incoming foods for freshness and proper specifications. Store raw foods and prepared items following mandated procedures. Maintain food prep records in accordance with HACCP guidelines. Manage food cost and labor cost, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing overtime. Supervise and mentor the stewarding department for career development and potential advancement. Maintain a respectful and cooperative work environment, fostering teamwork. Assist with moving supplies to multiple ranch venues and operating a ranch vehicle or ranger. What You'll Bring Creativity, energy, and a commitment to excellence. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Proficiency in pastry and baking techniques such as cakes, breads, pastries, desserts, chocolate work, dough preparation, decorating, and dessert plating. Culinary education or apprenticeship preferred but not required.
