Check Job Summary Implements all water safety policies and procedures; Supervises members and guests in and around the swimming pool. Job Tasks 1. Skims bugs and other debris from the surface to prepare the pool for daily use. 2. Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety 3. Administers to minor injuries such as small cuts and bruises of swimmers 4. Assists in clinics as needed 5. enforces rules of conduct 6. Check first aid supplies and reports needed items 7. Monitors pool games at all times 8. Straightens and maintains the pool area during and at the end of the day 9. Maintain all necessary records determined by the Swimming Pool Coordinator 10.
