The Pool Guard will enforce community pool rules, report incidents or safety concerns, and help maintain a safe environment for residents and guests during scheduled service hours. The ideal candidate will maintain a visible presence while providing exceptional customer service and supporting a secure and enjoyable community atmosphere.

Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 1:00 PM Compensation $25.00 per hour Responsibilities Monitor the pool area and surrounding amenities to ensure compliance with community rules and regulations. Maintain a visible presence to promote safety and deter inappropriate behavior. Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, incidents, and policy violations. Enforce pool and amenity area rules in a professional and courteous manner. Assist residents and guests with questions and provide excellent customer service. Respond appropriately to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations. Complete detailed incident and activity reports as required. Communicate safety concerns and operational issues to management. Coordinate with property management and emergency services when necessary. Qualifications Valid California Guard Card required. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain alert, professional, and composed in all situations. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Previous security, pool monitoring, or customer service experience preferred. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while monitoring the pool and amenity areas.
