Seasonal Lifeguard

Overview We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Lifeguards at our facility. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests enjoying the pool area. To be considered you need to have one year experience and be looking for a year round position. You must be willing to work weekends, late evenings and a flexible schedule. Previous Swim Instruction and Coaching a plus! Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise pool activities to ensure safety at all times
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
• Perform rescues and administer first aid when necessary
• Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment
• Assist with pool maintenance tasks as needed
• Provide excellent guest services and address any inquiries or concerns promptly
• Keep the pool area clean and organized, including pool cleaning duties Skills
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong swimming skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting if required
• Excellent lifeguarding abilities and certification
• Proficient in guest services to ensure a positive experience for all visitors Qualifications
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Current Lifeguard certification
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks
• Excellent guest service skills
