Lifeguarding

```Duties```

• Monitor and supervise swimmers to ensure their safety and prevent accidents
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
• Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents in the pool area
• Provide first aid and CPR as needed
• Perform pool maintenance tasks such as testing water quality and adjusting chemical levels
• Clean and maintain the pool area, including removing debris and organizing equipment ```Skills```
• Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues if necessary
• Knowledge of first aid techniques and ability to administer CPR
• Ability to handle heavy lifting, such as assisting with pool covers or moving equipment
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the pool area

Note:

Lifeguard certification is required for this position.
