Job Description

Join the 805Lifeguard team and help keep our local families safe and smiling all summer long! We are seeking certified, professional, and enthusiastic Summer Lifeguards for private community pools and exclusive HOA facilities throughout the greater Conejo Valley, Ventura County, and surrounding communities including Lake Sherwood, North Ranch, Spanish Hills, Calabasas, Ventura, Malibu, Somis, Ojai, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Constant proactive pool surveillance and safety monitoring Enforce rules with courtesy and confidence Respond to emergencies (rescues, first aid, CPR) Deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to obtain - we offer certification support!) 18+ years old Strong swimming skills and reliable transportation Background check required
