Job Description

Join the 805 LifeGuard team•Now Hiring Summer 2026 Lifeguards & Swim Instructors! We are seeking certified, professional, and enthusiastic lifeguards and private swim instructors for exclusive private estates, community pools, and HOA facilities throughout the greater Conejo Valley, Ventura County, and surrounding areas including Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Newbury Park, Lake Sherwood, Calabasas, Malibu, Ventura, and Ojai.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide constant proactive pool surveillance and safety monitoring Enforce pool rules with courtesy and confidence Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies (rescues, first aid, CPR) Deliver exceptional customer service to distinguished families
Qualifications:
Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to obtain•we offer certification reimbursement!) 18+ years old Strong swimming skills and reliable transportation Must pass background check
