Seasonal hire March 25th to September 7th Can copy Lifeguard posting from 2025 Mandatory previous lifeguarding experience Must be willing to work holidays and weekends

Pay:

$20-$23/hr

REQUIREMENTS

Must maintain current certification as a BSA or Red Cross lifeguard or similar certifying body. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to work a varying work schedule

JOB DUTIES

Assist in tracking and reporting maintenance needs to the Tennis Director Able to lead IROEC specific procedures including swim checks, orientation talks, and organize play for summer campers. Enforce all guidelines, procedures, and standards of the aquatics area. Complete job training including regular in-service training. Perform rescues and provide care to your level of training through the Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification. Willing to work with guests of all ages and abilities. Perform other duties as assigned.
