Yorba Linda:

• Ensure a fun, yet safe swimming environment for all users of the facility.
• Monitor all swimmers in pool and on pool deck to ensure safety.
• Enforce all pool and facility rules to prevent accidents
• Maintain a clean and safe pool facility, which includes picking up trash, inspecting pool for debris, and testing pool chemistry.
• Perform the required daily maintenance.
• Attend required in-house training and staff meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service to all members, guests and ELV staff and be able to interact effectively and courteously with the homeowners, guests and ELV staff.
• Patrols the deck sporadically.
• Effects rescues.
• Gives first aid as needed.
• In an emergency, follow the ELV emergency and incident procedures. Report any incidents, or maintenance problems to the Management Staff.
• Other duties as required.
