Job Description
Cc Dive Instructor - X The Dive Instructor is responsible for delivering industry-leading hospitality standards in the scuba diving experience on the Destination. This position engages with Guests and focuses on Guest safety, responds to any type of emergency, and performs lifesaving procedures. The Dive Instructor teaches PADI programs following the industry and Company standards and guides scuba dives. The role may assist with other tours, attractions, activities and the lifeguard program as required by the Island Shore Excursions Manager. This position requires excellent Guest engagement, concentration, strong swimming and diving skills, the ability to provide CPR/First Aid, knowledge of products and services.
All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
