The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a Program Director for Aquatics at the YMCA who can help us continue our life-changing, life-saving aquatics programs. We need an organized problem-solver and leader who cares deeply about water safety, staff management, programming and customer service. Our ideal candidate can help develop and lead a team through inspiration, coaching and clearly communicated expectations. He or she has a strong work ethic and healthy work-life balance. Qualifications:

Minimum age of 21. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent. One to two years related experience preferred. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Bilingual-English and Spanish- preferred. Required certifications CPR. First Aid. Lifeguard, AED and O2. Prior experience as Swim Lesson Instructor. Typical requirements within 30 days of hire include completion of: Child Abuse Prevention for Supervisory Staff, Working with Program Volunteers, and Bloodborne Pathogens. Required within 60 days: Lifeguard Instructor certification and Certified Pool Operator.
