Summer Lifeguard SWAN Pool Management Now hiring lifeguards for Summer 2026! SWAN Pool Management is hiring lifeguards for the upcoming pool season. This is a great summer job for anyone who enjoys working outdoors while helping keep our pools safe and enjoyable. This position is a great opportunity to gain responsibility and leadership experience while working as part of a professional team. Positions are available at multiple pool locations , and guards are typically assigned to one primary pool for the season. Responsibilities Monitor pool activity and ensure swimmer safety Enforce pool rules and respond to emergencies Maintain a clean and organized pool deck Provide friendly service to residents and guests Requirements Must be at least 16 years old Lifeguard certification (or ability to obtain before the season) CPR/AED & First Aid certification Reliable and able to work outdoors What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling - full-time, part-time, and weekends available Work with your friends — referral bonuses available Training available for qualified applicants Opportunities for leadership roles for returning staff
