Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard and Front Desk Staff member, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere of our aquatic facility. This dynamic position combines vigilant lifeguarding duties with friendly guest services at the front desk, creating a positive experience for all visitors. Your energetic presence and proactive approach will help foster a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone enjoying our amenities. Responsibilities Monitor pool area continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents or emergencies Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations using first aid and CPR techniques Perform regular pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical checks, and equipment inspections Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas through routine pool cleaning and upkeep Provide excellent guest services by greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting with check-in procedures at the front desk Manage reservations, memberships, and visitor logs efficiently while ensuring accurate record keeping Assist with light administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting incidents, and maintaining safety equipment Light clean and stocking Qualifications Valid lifeguard certification with current CPR and first aid training Prior lifeguard experience preferred; strong swimming skills essential Knowledge of pool maintenance, cleaning procedures, and safety protocols Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for pool equipment or supplies Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to stay alert for extended periods and respond quickly in emergency situations Basic understanding of pool chemistry and maintenance is a plus Available Shifts (Front Desk )
