In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating high-end pool construction projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional operation that values excellence, precision, and growth. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate pool construction projects from start to final delivery. Lead on-site crews, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to guarantee on-time delivery. Plan and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources. Verify compliance with regulations, local codes, and permits. Communicate effectively with the team and management to resolve any on-site situation. Maintain accurate records of project progress and report issues promptly. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in pool construction.
Bilingual:
English and Spanish (required). Proven leadership and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes. Willingness to learn and grow within the company. Strong commitment to responsibility, quality, and results.
