Benefits include Paid Time Off and Health/Vision/Dental Insurance options. The schedule is Thursday through Sunday. This position operates outdoors on a residential and hotel pool deck in a hospitality environment with frequent interaction with guests, residents, vendors, and team members. Prior experience in managing pool operations, hospitality, or amenity operations is required.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the main pool deck and ensure the area is clean, organized, and ready for resident use Supervise the pool attendants and provide guidance to maintain service standards Coordinate with the laundry team to ensure towels and supplies are consistently stocked throughout the day Ensure the pool deck remains clean, orderly, and well-maintained Create and manage the team schedule to ensure proper coverage of the pool deck Review and approve team timecards in ADP to ensure accurate payroll processing Address resident requests and maintain a high level of hospitality and service Communicate with management regarding any operational issues, maintenance needs, or resident concerns
Minimum Job Requirements:
CPR Certified with current certification by an accredited source of training. Knowledge of pool safety rules and incident protocols
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies. Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork and schedules. Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions. Effective communication skills and positive engagement with clients. These are the qualities and attributes we're looking for in this position:
