May 7, 2026 Position Overview The Pool Monitor is responsible for overseeing pool areas to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for residents and guests. This role involves enforcing pool rules, monitoring activities, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting any safety concerns or incidents. Key Responsibilities Monitor pool and surrounding areas to ensure compliance with community or facility rules and safety guidelines. Check resident and guest access as needed. Observe pool activities and report unsafe behavior or incidents immediately. Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, furniture, and common areas. Ensure pool equipment and amenities are properly organized and in good condition. Respond professionally to residents and guest questions or concerns. Document incidents, rule violations, or maintenance issues and notify management promptly. Assist with opening and closing procedures of the pool area when required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years old Previous customer service or monitoring experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain attentive and professional in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of pool safety practices is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Able to work outdoors in heat and sun Ability to lift to 25 pounds occasionally. Seasonal Part Time Job - May to Sept
