Summer Pool Safety Team! Are you looking for the perfect summer job? Ties Pool Services is hiring energetic, responsible, and observant individuals to join our pool monitoring team. Spend your summer outdoors while helping keep our community pools safe and fun!

The Details Pay:

$16.00 / hour

Season:

May 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026

Schedule:

We are staffing 7 days a week. Flexible shifts available (mornings, afternoons, and weekends). Open Positions 1. Pool Monitors You are the "face" of the pool! You'll greet residents and ensure only authorized members enter the facility. Check resident IDs and guest passes, when needed. Maintain accurate capacity counts. Ensure the safety gate remains locked and secure.

Rule Enforcement:

Gentle but firm enforcement of rules and policies.

Pool Area Management:

Keeping walkways clear of hazards and debris. 2. Slide Monitors Help everyone have a blast without the crashes! You'll manage the flow of the most popular spot at the pool. Direct traffic at the top or bottom of the water slide. Ensure sliders are following safety rules and height requirements.

What We're Looking For Reliability :

You show up on time and ready to work.

Communication:

Comfortable talking to residents and enforcing rules firmly but politely.

Attentiveness:

Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Must be at least 18 years old Must have reliable transportation Must pass a background check Why Join Our Team?
