Lifeguard

We are seeking responsible, alert, and energetic Lifeguards to join our indoor waterpark team. Lifeguards play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all guests by preventing accidents, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable aquatic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor water activities: Maintain constant surveillance of guests in the pool, lazy river, slides, and other water attractions.

Enforce safety rules:

Ensure all guests follow waterpark rules and regulations to prevent accidents.

Emergency response:

Respond immediately to incidents, including performing rescues, first aid, and CPR when necessary.

Equipment checks:

Inspect and maintain safety and rescue equipment regularly.

Communication:

Coordinate with other lifeguards and staff to maintain a safe environment.

Customer service:

Provide excellent guest service by answering questions, giving directions, and addressing concerns professionally.

Training participation:

Attend required lifeguard training sessions, drills, and safety meetings.

Qualifications:

Ability to stand for long periods and respond quickly in emergency situations. Strong swimming skills and physical fitness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a waterpark, pool, or aquatic setting is preferred but not required.

Working Conditions:

Indoor waterpark environment with exposure to water, heat, and chlorine. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high guest volumes. #riddles
