SWIMINSTRUCTOR
Hi-Five Sports Camp Chicago is looking for a Swim Instructor/Lifeguard with strong leadership skills and creativity in planning programs and activities for campers and experience in implementing and following through on action plans. Campers will be ages 4-8. Swim Instructors will work 2-3 days a week for 1-2 hours per day doing group swim lessons. Qualifications Current certification in first aid and CPR Ability to communicate and work with groups participating and provide necessary instruction to participants and staff Experience working in camp setting with children (preferable) Ability to pass a background check, a physical, and proof of immunizations Upbeat, positive and engaging personality Strong work ethic; proactive, responsible and accountable by nature Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Experience in setting up, securing, and maintaining field sports equipment
