Seasonal Lifeguard

Do you have a current Lifeguard certification and a strong commitment to safety? As a Seasonal Lifeguard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable pool environment for residents and guests. This is a full-time, seasonal position running from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Responsibilities:

Monitor pool and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers Enforce pool rules and respond quickly to emergencies Provide first aid and emergency care as needed Perform routine inspections of pool equipment and report any issues Maintain cleanliness of pool deck, furniture, and common areas Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Communicate effectively with residents and guests to ensure a positive experience Complete incident reports and daily activity logs as required Friedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Qualifications:

Current Lifeguard certification (required) CPR/AED and First Aid certification (required) Must be responsible, attentive, and reliable Strong observational and decision-making skills Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations Professional, customer-service oriented attitude Must be able to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays, during the season Ability to stand, sit, and remain alert for extended periods in outdoor conditions
