Overview Join our vibrant team as a Weekend Pool Monitor and play a vital role in ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable aquatic environment for all visitors. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with guests, uphold safety standards, and maintain the pristine condition of our pool area. If you're passionate about guest service, safety, and aquatic activities, this role is perfect for you! We are committed to providing a paid position that values your dedication and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Monitor pool activity to ensure guest safety and enforce facility rules effectively Respond promptly to emergencies by administering first aid or CPR when necessary, following established safety protocols Assist guests with pool-related inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a welcoming environment. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, safety incidents, and maintenance performed during your shift. Requirements Proven experience in lifeguarding or pool supervision, with current certifications in CPR and First Aid Ability to swim confidently and demonstrate strong swimming skills in various conditions Physical stamina to endure hot weather. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Availability to work primarily on weekends, with flexibility for additional shifts if needed Knowledge of pool safety regulations and basic maintenance procedures is a plus Embark on this rewarding role where your proactive approach ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Bring your enthusiasm for swimming, safety expertise, and commitment to guest satisfaction to our team! •Schedule is Saturday and Sunday noon till 8pm• Additional weekday hours are available from 4p to 8pm and my ideal candidate will want some of those hours.
