The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our pool patrons.

Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour

Stay Bonus:

$500 (for those who stay till the end of the pool season)

Pool is open Monday-Sunday 9:00 AM-7:00 PM, flexible hours What You'll Do Maintain constant surveillance of patrons to ensure safety at all times; respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies. Provide immediate emergency care and treatment, including first aid and CPR, until emergency medical services arrive. Present a professional appearance and positive attitude while delivering excellent customer service. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a safe and sanitary facility. Enforce facility rules and regulations to prevent accidents and maintain order. Complete incident reports and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For 6 months to 1 year of experience in lifeguarding or a related role. Current Lifeguard and CPR/AED certifications required. Ability to remain calm, alert, and effective in emergency situations. Strong knowledge of lifeguarding techniques, rescue procedures, and water safety practices. Ability to pass a pre-employment physical skills assessment. Basic administrative and documentation skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
