Role:
The Pool Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall enjoyment of the pool area for residents and guests at Hamilton Bay. This position involves monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety regulations, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The Pool Attendant will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with residents to address any concerns and provide assistance as needed. Ultimately, the Pool Attendant contributes to a positive community atmosphere by promoting safe and enjoyable recreational experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a pool attendant or in a similar role. Knowledge of pool maintenance and water chemistry.
Responsibilities:
