Role:

Guide and inspire campers aged 4-15 through exciting and educational outdoor activities. Summer program runs from June 16th to August 22nd.

Mandatory training days:

Branch dependent.

Work schedule:

Monday-Friday (no weekends), with shifts from 8:45 to 4:15PM with the opportunity for extra hours. What's in it for

Qualifications:

Minimum age requirement: 16 years old by June 1st (•YMCA will provide Ellis Lifeguard Certification upon hire•) Must be Ellis Lifeguard Certified Must be able to perform all physical tasks of a Lifeguard as well as lift an adult male from the pool onto the pool deck. Complete program specific and employee orientation training by required timeline Up-to-date physical and immunizations (Same as required for school) Strong communication skills: ability to read, write, talk, see, and hear Ability to lead age-appropriate games and activities. for a rewarding summer adventure!

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.25 per hour
