CPR Full Job Description WSI Responsibilities:

o Implement Red Cross (or equivalent alternative) Swimming Instruction for participants of varying ages and backgrounds o Ensure the safety of all participants by preventing and responding to waterfront emergencies o Participate in in-service trainings throughout the summer o Complete additional duties assigned by supervisor o Serve as a flexible, dependable, friendly, and cooperative member of the team o Maintain professional appearance and attire provided by

Hale Essential Functions:

o Observe, listen to, evaluate and act upon safety concerns related to program o Appropriately address patron issues in person and on the phone o Participate in facility upkeep and maintenance at program areas o Complete all required records and reports in a timely manner

Qualifications:

o Minimum age: 16 o Required certification: WSI, LGT, CPR, First Aid, AED o Is available from May 22 to August 31, 2026. All time off must be approved by program director. (Please note that school takes priority and that while waterfronts are open from these dates, it is not required that you are available every day within this range.) o Attend all required trainings before start of program
