Certified Lifeguard Seasonal

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of our summer camp children during free swim and providing swim lessons. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and the ability to provide exceptional communication. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies. Worcester Fitness is the premier health club in the area catering to families in Central Mass. Duties Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all patrons. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as necessary. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area for cleanliness and safety hazards. Assist camp staff Requirements Must possess current Lifeguard certification, CPR, and First Aid certification. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if necessary. Swim lesson instruction experience. Excellent communication skills. A commitment to safety and attention to detail is essential. Consistent work attendance. Be available from June 22nd - August 15th.
